splatoooon

I am becoming obsessed with splatoon right now, I bought myself splatoon 3 for christmas and it is all I can think about.
I just want to squeeze one of those silly little squid things RAAAAA.

minecraft and flesh

I am comfortably well into a new minecraft world with the Create mod but it was difficult to get there, I love immersion and space which makes me feel very strongly about my worlds and become loyal as if they were digital homes.
I have an aversion to chaos and struggle to start new worlds as it creates conflicts with my feelings for my old home, like moving houses without being able to let go of the physical space that was such a large part of your life, more so than many people even.
Over the course of a few weeks and a number of modpacks whittled away for the sense of a satisfying clarity I have landed on a world and a home that brings me warmth.
It's the security of those wood plank walls and spruce doors, the sound of pixelated rain and the wagging of a blocky wolf tail that make me feel like this place is real and I am there rather than being placed in this body.
